Here at the "Solution Focused Consulting Group" company we know
how important it is for a business to resolve their problems in
order to develop a more efficient work environment while increasing
profit margins. Our specialty is the balance of management and the
employee/associate communicating effectively within the work
environment. As a result, we will use our vast knowledge of how
individuals interact both inside and outside the work place to
contribute viable solutions to complex problems.
Carol Taylor is the founder of the Solution Focused Consulting Group and brings a vast amount of knowledge from various disciplines. Below is a listing of Carol's educational Vitae.
The combination of these degrees creates a field of knowledge that is comprehensive and in doing so, allows Carol to approach many work environment problems from many angles, such as, employee relationship and legalities surrounding a number of business models.
Carol Taylor has experience working in Human Resources within a
medical setting. This required creating job descriptions, creating
an employee handbook and a compensation plan based on the company’s
goals. In addition, this position entailed contacting insurance
companies in order to obtain credentialing information.
Carol Taylor has spent ten years working as a trainer and
re-trainer in face to face sales and via the telephone. In
addition, she designed a training manual for teaching new employees
how to build rapport with potential customers, display empathy, and
how to be productive in a sales environment. With her sales and
counseling background, Carol Taylor is effective in building long
term relationships with customers which is imperative in a business
environment.
